I am getting file not found errors when trying to update. is there some kind of force update available?
The file not found message happens after you have done a TBC update and you have not reinstalled the RPS tools. The TBC updates reset the Read Only permissions on the macro command program folders that stops TMLStatus from working. Reinstalling the RPS Command Library from the installer package that you download from our website will fix the Read Only permissions again so that we can Read / Write to.the folders once again.
Close all instances of TBC
Wait at least 30 secs
Download the installer package from the dowloads page on Rockpile Solutions website
Install the installer package
Restart TBC
Run TMLstatus
Download any updated TMLs
Close TBC
Wait 30 secs.
Retsart TBC
You should be good to go.
