I’m having an issue where TBC crashes when using Smart Suite / PDF Manager. After the crash, the file sometimes seems to become corrupt and unusable.
Is there a way to fix this? I’m not sure if the issue is related to the PDF side itself or possibly where I’m saving the TBC project files.
I have had this happen, and I think it is file-specific. 1 crashed TBC right when I try to load it in the PDF Manager command. So I extract the page(s) I intend to use and that seems to work on all that I have tried.
So, I have been getting this error every time when using PDF Manager and importing a new set of pdfs as well and I think I tracked it down to dimmed being turned. When I turn it off and import a new set the error goes away and I can turn dimmed back and start georeferencing.
I am getting Wyn to look into this one
