Smart Point Manager Command
In the video below we show how to create points from blocks representing Pile locations, and then renumber the points using Smart Point Manager command to get the points Numbered sequentially from North to South and along each row from West to East. This solar farm has the arrays set up from West to East.

I took your points and ran them against mine that I manually snaped each point and found I had a couple of bad snaps during the hours it took me to do this. This method takes a fraction of time and much less chance for a blunder. Awesome, thanks again.
Instead if 2 lines you can just use a circle and then in the create feom cad look for arc center / radius points - that will be a little quocker still.
