Command Interface Description
The View Filter Override command dialog looks as follows
The process used here is to define a View Filter which when applied to the TBC view, changes the display properties of objects that have the property ByLayer set for their color, linestyle and lineweight. The command has no effect on objects that have a color, linestyle or lineweight set to anything other than ByLayer.

View Filter:
Select the view filter that you want to apply the overrides to.

Select the color override that you want to apply. For example, if the layer color is Blue and the objects on the selected layer are set to ByLayer, then they will currently be displayed in Blue. By applying the override color here, they will be displayed and printed in the override color if the override view filter is applied to the display or to the dynaview used for printing purposes.

For example, if the layer linestyle is Dashed and the objects on the selected layer are set to ByLayer, then they will currently be displayed in the Dashed linestyle (provided the Show all lines as solid toggle is set to off). By applying the override linestyle here, they will be displayed and printed in the override linestyle if the override view filter is applied to the display or to the dynaview used for printing purposes.
