I Just tried to use the RPSSiteImprovementLegend, which always works flawlessly, however this morning it is not asking me for a licence to use this?
I assume this has now changed?

Same problem here. None of our Unlicensed work, they all ask for a license.
All
as of Jan 1 all unlicensed commands are no longer supported by Rockpile Solutions. We continue to support and develop our own versions of those commands and have decided for a variety of reasons to do the following
- All of the RPS versions of these commands (most are significantly upgraded) are now available in all RPS Toolboxes ($745 each toolbox) (Data Prep, Modeling/Reporting, Tool Shed) and all RPS Command Libraries (RPS All Tools, RPS Modeling & Estimating) ($1595 or $1395) as standard.
- All of the RPS versions of these commands (most are significantly upgraded) are now available in what we are calling RPS Smart Start package.
- These commands have been supplemented with other RPS commands to make the package 55 commands in total.
- We have also incorporated our TBC Fundamentals Training Program (now called RPS Smart Start Training) into this package
- We have also incorporated the RPS Custom Menus, Libraries and Templates into this package
- We have also included access to our biweekly webinar series into this package
- You can also use RPS Community and email support via the Support button on the RPS Tool Shed or RPS Support menus. Support in this package is Priority II vs a full support agreement which is Priority I. Community Support is all in the public domain vs a full support agreement which is provided in the private domain.
We have stopped supporting what were unlicensed commands for the following reasons
- We have been doing that at our expense for the past 5 years. Trimble has changed their position around some of these commands and is shipping old non upgraded versions of the commands with TBC as standard. When shipped in TML form, we know that we have fixed bugs that still reside in these older versions of the commands. Because of this we have created RPS versions of the commands that no longer conflict with the TBC versions of the commands, that are fully tested, fully upgraded, fully supported and fully documented and managed quickly and professionally through the TMLStatus command. We can no longer afford the time, resources and cost required to maintain 2 versions of a command.
- We feel that our development time and resources should have an associated value to you as users. Our support, QA and Documentation for commands, including Video Documentation is second to none. We believe that you should see that value and the cost to continue use is minimal - either $695 for Smart Start Package or $745 for any of our Toolboxes, you can determine which is better value for you - the trade off is the Support, Training and Library elements of the Smart Start package vs more tools if you purchase a Toolbox or command library.
We hope that you can understand our position on this issue, and we hope that you can see your way to purchasing Smart Start or a Toolbox or Command Library. If you don’t see any value in the products and services that we provide, we will be sorry to see you go for sure, and will welcome you back any time as a user when you feel that we do provide some value to you and your business.

There will be a new Menu Configuration in the next update that we release that will replace the Unlicensed Commands menu, that will be fully supported in Menu Manager.
