I’m looking for an efficient workflow to transfer field-shot points onto a PDF plan sheet. Currently, for a small number of points, I match linework in CAD and the PDF, take several measurements to the point, and then draw intersecting circles in Bluebeam to locate it. Is there a better method you would recommend?
Do you know a better way?

If I had to do that, I would import the PDF into TBC and geolocate it. Then create polylines around the border of the PDF sheets. Then import the points. Then setup a sheet set for those PDFs and use the polylines to create the dynaviews. Then print them.

You will need to create a custom Plan Set for the Paper Size that the ENgineers Plans were created on. The video shows in general how to do that, if you need more detail let me know and I will add a second video on that part of the process as needed.
