PDF Manager install fail

i upgraded to 2025.10 today. trimble cleanup and fresh install of RPS tools.

everything worked fine, except it did not install PDF Manager and Explode IFC Shell. when i TML Status, it shows that they are not installed, i update to install, then close TBC for a minute or so, then when i try to open back up i get this eror

and they are still shown to be not installed.

big bummer because pdf manager is probably a top 5 RPS command for me these days.

I created a post a few minutes ago about this. The 2025 release is breaking a few of our commands, PDF Manager being the big one so far.

Until we find the fix for this, I suggest going back to 2024 so you can utilize all of our commands.
