Export P, L, L,H

I need to convert P, N, E, Elev, Code to PLLH then Export from TBC. Any ideas? The customer wants Latitude and longitude instead of northern and easting points.

Provided you have a defined Coordinate system (ie not a local Coordinate) - that is the crux,
