I would like to print only some of the objects on a layer. I do not need to show every line of a layer on the PDF. Is there a way to only show selected objects of a layer in sheet view? I created a temporary design thinking I could use the view filter manager, but I can’t add the dyna view to the design. My only other thoughts is to copy all the selected lines to one layer and hope the colors don’t change. Any help will be appreciated.
With what you are trying to do, I would say Selection Sets are the way to go. You can create a Selection Set out of the data you are wanting to have show on your sheet, then in your View Filter Manager, you can choose to see only the data in that Selection Set. That should get you sorted.
I created a new selection set but when I use the view filter manager to view only my selection set I lose the dyna view.
If I add the dyna view, and logo image I have inserted in the drawing set, TBC throws an error.
