Been encountering this error a lot lately when trying to create a surface from a point cloud region. The point cloud comes from a drone flight, processed in Propeller/Stratus. This is only happening with one of our users, while everyone else seems to be fine (so far).
Does anyone know why this would be happening?
@Steven_Okelberry I am not sure the exact reason, but i think one troubleshooting step would be to have one of the users not having trouble try to export their data from TBC and try using that data on the user who is having issues.
It sounds like you are adding a surface to itself or similar, a circular reference is where an object that is created by or dependent upon something is reused in a similar process ie you have a surface and you try to add it to itself, or you generate contours from a surface and try to add them back to the surface as surface members etc. Same would apply to a draped line or lines derived from a corridor or sideslope model.
I don’t know of a reason why this would come up otherwise.
Send me the data or we can do a web meeting to review as needed.
