Trimble Connect LogIn Failure. Please help!

So it was bound to happen. Being forced to log out of and back into Trimble ID to run the RPS macros, sometime multiple times a day while in the same project, we were bound to get “burnt” and loose access to the macros. Well that day is now.

Please help!

Good to hear it Richard - We are looking towards a solution for this in the future - apologies there is not much we can do about the TID dropping - we have reported it multiple times and there have been improvements but it does seem that when you are running multiple instances of TBC that TID drops periodically.

Thanks for the efforts by you and your team Alan.
Hopefully it’s resolved sooner rather then later because it has become quite … tedious.
Not to mention the dampener on the flow of production when the user has to stop, sign out, and sign back in to continue. Not being able to sign back in, well, that’s a whole other level of production dampening.

Alan, it happens all the time regardless of how many instances of TBC you have running. It was great before Trimble started using the new sign-in method backed by Google. I wish they would just go back to the old style and stop relying on Google and others for their systems.

I cannot disagree that Trimble ID used to work way better than it does now, and we have struggled to get Trimble to fix the issues that they have created. Having said that we are looking into ways that we can work cleaner with this going forwards. Please be patient with us while we work the issues.
