Shut down TBC
Go to
C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\Trimble\
Rename Trimble Business Center -> Trimble Business Center - Old
C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Trimble\
Rename Trimble Business Center -> Trimble Business Center - Old
Restart TBC
This will reset the UI and restore back to Default. Once you sign in with your TID, our tools will show up and you should be good.
