We are currently experiencing issues with the use of the Trimble Id authentication system, for those of you that are unaware, Trimble released a new version of their Trimble Id authentication system last week that has made our Library unable to utilize the system.
Until this issue can be addressed by the development teams use the following sign in process to access your content.
Below we can see an image of the Library login page.
At this screen choose the Sign in with Email option. and attempt to login with the same email address that is associated with your Trimble Id.
If are unable to login this way, please choose the Forgot password? option below the sign in button and follow the forgot password procedure. This will allow you to establish your password. You may then login to the Library using the Sign in with Email option.
