Smart Features - Report Materials by Phase

I see the ability to add the phase of the project, but I am missing how to report the Materials by Phase. Has anyone figured this out?

Under Build Features, Define Feature, at the bottom there is a Materials & attribute section that lets you apply a Phase and value. I have used this successfully for reporting, and it shows up in the properties tab when you select it.

I have found this Attribute; I just have not figured out how to include it in the report.

David, it looks like in the Area Features tab it has it included there.
