On alignment based georeferencing
I would like the ability to overlay multiple plan sets and georeference them simultaneously. This is a common workflow on roadway projects where separate plan sets exist for roadway, removals, drainage, traffic, utilities, etc.
In many cases, the match lines already align between the different plan sets, but currently each set must be managed separately. Since the match lines and stationing generally correspond between these sets, a synchronized overlay capability would significantly improve efficiency on road projects.
Even if there is an initial process to match the vector points between plan sets, this would still be a significant improvement because I would only need to enter stationing information one time.
