Name > multiple lines+names

I am trying something new to send out to the field crews. I want to send out XLINES for them to find station which I send out with actual text of the station. Now I want to try to label the lines with the station as the name. I just had the idea and just used the TBC name object. Is there another form I can do to label multiple lines with a text close to the line?

keep me from going line by line to name.

I don’t believe we have a command that will do this currently. We do have a Name by Text command, however that currently only works with closed polylines and the text being inside.
