Would there be a convenient way i dont know about to batch adjust pad elevations and numbers to the centroid of 500 pads all at once? The engineer provided locations are making my 'tism itch.
Use polygon labels, name the line the pad number and have the label show name and elevation

If you use Name by Text command - you can name the pads with the text in the pad area, then you can use the Label Polygon to place the line name as text in the centroid of the pads - that should work - If the text is two separate lines of text you may need to do this 2x once for the first item (Pad No) and then a second time for the Elevation using 2 different Polygon Labels.
If the text is a single Text item with two lines of text. use the Explode command to convert the single text items into two text items and then you should be able to do what you need
When you label the polygons, place one of the labels 1 line above and the second 1 line below in the Label Polygon Settings
