I’ve recently been using Ask Rocky a lot to get quick averages of point elevations. Starting yesterday afternoon, it stopped working and doesn’t seem to ping the server to run the prompt. Anyone else seen this, or know of how to reset it?
I checked in with Steve and all was working when we talked through this.
He was using Ask Rocky to interpret an average elevation from a collection of points selected graphically, on his PC it was working, on a colleagues tit was not working. He was going to check their machine again and get back to me if it was not functioning. I have not heard so I assume all is good.
I have a feeling that maybe they had not verified their credentials first on RPS Settings - Cloud Services Settings.
