Asbuilt Coordinates

All,

What is a good way to report asbuilt coordinates to someone. I shot an existing Bridge and want to report the difference of Plan vs what is in the field. The values are in the 10ths so a dimension would look silly. Whats a good way to report this?

Thanks,

Dave

Using the drafting tools you could make a table.

I familiar with how to make a Point table that shows northing/ Easting, If it possible to make a table that compares 2 points?

Are you looking for a draft?

If you shot it in siteworks and have a work order you can use the Siteworks Utility Report in the SCS data Manager that would show the deviation in excel format.

You could always use that and RPS Paste the data into the project.

I think you can select the points you want to compare and run PointComparisonReport from command pane and get a comparison.

QA Points will do this, create the labels on the drawings showing the directions and magnitudes of the errors, create Tables on the drawings that contain all the results, generate a PDF and or an Excel output of the results. If the as builts are on structural; steel anchor bolts, you can also report the point to point distance errors on the grids also.

There will shortly be a number of QA Reports in Cloud Services to do these types of thing also.
