Rockpile Solutions Training & Coaching Clinics
A common request we receive is for the provision of training clinics or 1:1 training time with users in regards to their projects. We offer the following options to address these needs:

2 Hour Q&A Session with your team - answering questions, system setup
4 Hour Training Clinic - Reviewing your work processes and methods
10 Hour Time Block with Call Off over an agreed period
The 2 and 4 hour training clinics are designed to help your team through a series of questions, system setup procedures, best practices etc. You define the agenda, define what you want to cover and we prepare for the session and create examples using your data and projects.
Where users would like our help while learning or deploying the TBC system, we offer a 10 hour call off time block, where you can request assistance at any time for blocks of time that you agree from a pre purchased 10 hour time block. This allows us to help you step through projects, and coach your staff or use the time to help you build out templates and system configurations to improve your work processes.
