Hello Everybody,
We would like to ask for your assistance in testing an issue that was discovered yesterday relating to our support ticketing. We have found an issue that we believe is tied to the changes Microsoft and Google are taking with emails in an effort to reduce spam emails. These changes have caused some email from mis-identified sources to be incorrectly blocked as spam.
In order to better test the issue to see how wide spread the problem may be we would ask you to do two things.

send a support ticket to us through the support button on the RPS toolshed menu. In the subject and body of the email put something along the lines of “this is a test”

send an additional email from your own email service to support@rockpilesolutions.com with the same subject and body as above.
