We often get asked if there is any way to create Point Groups for different areas of a project for Staking purposes. TBC doesn’t have Point Groups specifically but it does have Selection Sets that provide the same level of functionality.
A Selection Set can group together a selection of objects of any type - in this case you can elect to select just type Points. Once a Selection Set has been created, you can
- Rapidly select the Selection Set using the Selection Explorer
- You can Show / Hide the Selection Sets regardless of what layer the points are on without turning the layer on / off or having to separate out your points onto separate layers to meet this need.
