If you are using the Rockpile Library and encounter an error message in your web browser when trying to watch a video similar to the images below. This issues is usually cased by a cache problem within your web browser, clearing the cache should resolve the problem.
Try the following steps to resolve the issue.

First try viewing the video in your browser’s incognito mode, if you are able to view the video this way then the issues is caused by a cache error.

Navigate to your Browser’s settings and delete your cookies and temporary data. (Google Chrome - Privacy and Security) (Microsoft Edge - Cookies and Site Permissions)

Restart the browser and try to view the video, this should work now.
