Station/Offset Points not vertically dependent

Hola

I just noticed that I can’t make points that are vertically dependent of the reference line - only horizontal dependence. This appears true with my testing for both reference alignment and linestrings.

This SOE Point command is very basic, and I use it a lot. Can we get this vertical limitation rectified at some point?

Peter is back this week tomorrow I believe and will have him look into that - it is currently creating the points as Station / Offset Points that only have a horiz dependency the 3D dependent points came out after it was written so we have not yet supported that - will see if we can get that done soon
