Anyone experiencing TBC locking up with version 2023.10.1 when the msi manager is trying to open

I just loaded 2023.10. I don’t see 10.1.
MSI manager works fine.

We figured it out, we have an intern using a 30 license subscription and we had to check it out to stop the issue on his pc.
