Mouse Scroll Options- Zoom In/Out

Does anyone have a good shortcut to reduce zooming in/out in plan view, other than zoom extents to zoom out?

What would you like to see?

If you have a customizable mouse, you should be able to adjust the speed of the scroll wheel which will zoon in and out faster. This may or may not affect scrolling in all applications though. Also some gaming mouses have progressive scrolling, so that it scrolls faster according to how fast to scroll the wheel.

It sounds like there are mouses (mice?) on the market that allow you to customize scrolling rates.

If RPS had an on/off function to apply a multiplier when scrolling (i.e. scroll 1 “click” and have TBC scroll 2 times, 5 times), I’d see that as being very helpful

For whatever reason TBC does not care what you use in windows settings for mouse scroll, which is something that has bugged me for a while.

You could try recording a macro of you scrolling up/down and assign them to scroll up and scroll down on your mouse. This would require a programmable mouse that supports reassigning your scroll wheel. For whatever reason Logitech still does not support rebinding the scroll wheel (only middle mouse click) which has bothered me for even longer. This would have the effect of magnifying your scrolling on every application, not just TBC

Alternatively you can assign scrolling in/out macro to a separate key entirely. I don’t imagine that would be very intuitive though.
