Earthworks Volumes - Cut Fill Maps and Grid Cell Volumes

We often get asked how to create a drawing similar to that below where the site is covered with a Cut Fill Map and the volumes are computed by grid cell and the grid cells are labeled with the volumes in that cell.

Note:
If you do an CF Map first between the two surfaces, you can use the Shrink Wrap command to put a boundary around the Cut Fill Map object, you can then use the Select by Boundary command and use that boundary in Outside mode to select all the boxes that lie outside the boundary and then delete them.
