I am trying to publish designs to the field, but one of our machines in particular is having issues downloading design revisions when I publish them.
It’s happened on a few job sites now and it appears to only be with one of the machines.
The design is nothing big – 5 MB with nothing but multiline text and linestrings. It contains 2 surfaces on it.
When I remote into the machine, the file shows to be in the machine and already downloaded, but when he tries to load into it, the cloud icon is next to the project and design name and it gets stuck at 100%.
I read the manual and it says it’s a known issue and that TCC is syncing something – but I genuinely have no idea what it’s syncing. We turned off syncing for every project except one, his machine doesn’t have a ton of files in, and the job files aren’t that big. Also, his internet is fine.
Other machines on the same job site download and load the design just fine.
Has anyone fixed this issue before? Is there any way I can see what TCC is trying to sync to the design?
