Customization retention lost after new update

After using installation manager to update Siteworks to the newest version 1.60, i no longer retain any settings related to customization of menus, instrument settings, prism settings, etc. It is like i am running it for the first time every time i change designs, projects and shut down/restart Siteworks.

Any thoughts?

I figured it out. The AllSites.xml file became corrupt. Removing this file and allowing siteworks to create a new one solved the issue.
