I’m importing CAD cross-sections, but they’re coming in flipped. I tried using the mirror command, but it doesn’t seem to work for this application. I also tried flipping the offset labels to negative values to trick it, but I’m getting the same results.
Has anyone run into this before?
it should have to do with the text of the offset. I can’t help much more than just try moving the placement of the offset to the grids.
I came up with a solution, but I’m sure someone will read this and laugh.
I copied the alignment, converted it to a linestring, flipped the line direction, and created a reverse alignment where 415+00 = 0+00. Then, I manually edited all the XS stations.
It works, but there has to be a better way—or maybe I’m just missing something. I don’t bring in cross-sections very often, but it’s usually a straightforward process.
