Anyone use Bid2Win? Feedback Needed

If you use bid 2 win, I would like to have a brief discussion with you about the software and it’s capability.

What do you like about it?
What, if anything, would you improve or enhance?
How easy is it to put together a regular jobsite estimate or a quick bid for a small project?
How does it handle materials?
How does it handle equipment rates?
How does it handle labor rates?

These are a few questions I would like to get your opinion / feedback on.

If you would like to reach out and talk offline, you can call, text, or email me.

Appreciate your help.

We would like to see B2W use location from Works manger to update Equipment’s locations on projects for billing .

Would you ever have a need to interface B2W with TBC? If so, what type of information would you like to see communicated back and forth?
Earthwork Quantities?
Utility Quantities?
Anything else?

We meet with the B2W and the TBC team a year or so ago about integrating B2W to TBC. Nothing has came of it as of yet.
Are you guys looking for a integration on your end?

Alan has not told me we are doing this, however part of my job is to listen to customer feedback and take ideas and bring them to the team to see if the ideas compliment our objectives. We are very interested in streamlining the takeoff process, making it faster and easier for customers. So any ideas / feedback you have from your meetings or other would be appreciated.

We are focussing on pulling together our Takeoff offering first half of this year. Once yhat has hit an acceptable mark we will for sure be looking at how to best integrate our solution with B2W and HCSS and maybe InEight.

Interesting request to update equipment location in B2W for billing purposes - how is that info stored - is it just a date time record with location (what os the location - a WGS84 position or a Project Name or???

Is there a B2W API that allows that to be done - I would be interested to do that for you with our Tracker solution.

Alan

B2W has an api and they comply to AEMP standard. I can get you in touch with the right people on this.

We use this to take telematics data from our telematics provider and update in B2W.

Sending data from tracker to this would be helpful. Meters and location.

Lat and long and then B2W converts it base on geo fences in their system.
