Alternate Units for "Delta Surface Elev" point label?

I need to display the result of the “Delta Surface Elevation” Label Property in decimal inches (opposed to decimal feet as shown in the second clip). And as usual, I need to get this out ASAP so any help will be greatly appreciated.
