When creating an alignment by PI. Is there not a way to create the alignment by PI using the Non-Tangent bearing? It be much faster doing an alignment by PI instead of doing Define Segments.
Can it be done using the Edit by Spreadsheet? How? I attached PDF with an alignment that has non-tangent PI. “South Frontage Road”
