I was asked today how you could create corridor sections including subgrades created using Site Improvements applied to a surface model vs a corridor model created using template instructions.
The user creates finished grade model that combine multiple model elements into one composite surface, that they then wanted to apply Site Improvements to to create base of Asphalt, Base of Subgrade and Base of Backfill surfaces from, that could then be turned into a new composite corridor model for the purposes of creating cross sections as shown below.
